The Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia (ALIMS) will be holding their 17th Symposium with participants from across the Balkan region and Europe.

The event is one of the largest of its kind, gathering together up to 350 participants including government officials from the region and Europe, as well as academia, pharmaceutical industry representatives, and healthcare professionals for two days of lectures and panel discussions.

Founding IRIS Academic research partners, Prof Fabiana Zollo (Ca’ Foscari University of Venice) and Dr Rachael Piltch-Loeb (Project Director, Emergency Preparedness Research Evaluation and Practice Program, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health), will present a lecture about their collaborative work on disinformation in health and vaccination.
